Berkeley Haas is Launching an Online MBA - is that Dumb or Smart?
Berkeley Haas announced that they are launching an ONLINE MBA that will enroll the first class in the fall 2022, meaning applications will open this year.
Edit: The Online MBA will be more in line with the Weekend or PT MBA programs (not trying to emulate the FT program)

Interesting it is 2:1 in the dumb category 😂
Since the last year was in line, I think they feel they can pull this off… being the highest ranked business school offering an online MBA program, I can see how this could work for a small number of people, especially those who may not get into the full time or the evening program but could potentially be offered an option to join the online one….
I guess consider what if you get dinged from the full-time program did get an offer for an online one? Would you be tempted?

If the online course is heavily discounted then I might be tempted to attend online class. Thing is as of now the online courses do not have the benefit of placement, networking with your colleagues and internships. So I doubt why anyone will be interested in just getting a certificate from a college.
