Hello everyone,
I decided to write here my experience to know if anyone can help me with this issue.
The past 27th of July 2021 I had my gmat online exam. The check in process was very bad, my proctor didn't show up, I had to call Examinity, got stood up after 10 min waiting, the called again and after another 10 min on the phone I finally managed to have a proctor talking with me via zoom.
This process lasted for 1h and got me really stressed, but when I finally started the exam, I was more confident and the Quant went really well. I had some issues in the Verbal part because the software was really slow between questions so I lost time and I believe it hurt my score.
In the end my provisional score was 700 which left me quite happy, and examinity sent me an e-mail confirming the end of the exam and saying that my results were going to be ready in seven business days. This didn't happen and in my official gmac page my score appears as Technical Error.
It's now over one month since the exam, I have tried to contact gmac twice with no response and I'm really worried since the application dates are getting close.
Did someone have a similar experience?
I would be very thankful if someone could share some advice.

Sorry about that... there has been some craziness lately with GMAC and Examity. They have canceled some scores even (though that does not seem to be your case).
This is so weird that they won't offer a score or a retake...
My guess your only option is to keep pushing them. I would reach out Twitter. They seem to be much more responsive there. Crazy. I know...
