Two splits are seen here. The usage of "less" and "fewer". Since the products in question are countable, "fewer" is preferred". This lets us eliminate answers A and C.
For B D and E, this could be approached through meaning and logic. Based on the sentence, the author is trying to show what experts recommend for the consumers to do. E is the only one that accomplishes this so it is the correct answer. B denotes a past action which does not make sense and D portrays a continuing action, which also does not make sense.

My answer is (E). It took me 10 seconds.
"Suggest" is one of the "bossy verbs" that demand the use of subjunctive mood. Eliminate (BD) for failing to apply the subjective mood correctly.
To modify "Beauty products", a countable plural noun, "few / fewer / fewest" should be used. Eliminate (AC) for using "little / less / least".
