Even Multiples of 7 would be every 2nd multiple in table of 7.
so upto 100, there are total(even and odd) 14 multiples, therefore even multiples will be 14/2=7 nos
total even number from 10 to 100== 50-4=46 ( 50 even numers from 1 to 100, deduct 4 nos for 2, 4,6,8)
hence even numbers not multiples of 7=46-7=39

Since we include 10 and 100, there are 5 even numbers for every 10 counted (Starting at 10, 12, 14, 16, 18) therefore we have 45 even numbers.
We have 13 multiples of 7 between 10 and 100 of which 7 are even (every second multiple).
\(45-7=38\)
