Meaning of representativeness in English: the fact of a smaller group of people or things representing a larger group accurately, so that the smaller group is typical of the larger one
So nothing to do with either the tofu argument or the proponents of the argument. I really thought at the beginning that it means 'what the theory represents'. Clearly, that's not the case. Will keep this word in mind for future CR questions.

Can someone please explain, as mentioned in option (E), that frida discredits the Dolores evidence?

She mentions that the results are promising, which leads to say that the she does agree with the results.

Kindly please clarify egmat

Option C,D,and E can be easily ruled out.

I was stuck between A and E ,then I realized that Frida does not challenge the representatives of the study. Therefore option A is wrong.
Option E is correct
How is it discrediting ? It's trying to challenge imo

i will try to differentiate between the 'challenge' vs 'discredit'  (Not purely in terms of meaning, but in the context seen)

Challenge : Challenge a argument with a fact of her own (she states no fact or evidence to challenge the study)
Discredit : Try to weaken a argument with assumptions (she states supposed negative motives of the company)
