I'm having a hard time btw option C and D what is the difference?

Hello RahulChatrathi,

We hope this finds you well.

To answer your query, Option C uses the phrase "any more", and Option D uses the word "anymore"; "any more" is the correct usage, here, because it is used to refer to quantity, and "anymore" is used to refer to time.

We hope this helps.
All the best!

All the wrong answers are wrong for similar reasons! (Don't expect something like this on a real SC question.) As others have stated above, "anymore" is an adverbial modifier that can modify a verb such as "come." "Any more" is jsut a version of "more," which in this case serves as a noun modifier for "champagne." We can't say "anymore champagne" or "don't come to the bar any more." All of the wrong answers do one or both of those things.

(Now go quiz 10 native English speakers on the difference between "anymore" and "any more." If they aren't grammar specialists, I'm guessing you will not get great results!)
