Hey, Anyone making a choice between Duke MEM and CMU MSSM?

Congrats on your admits! I would assume the MEM is the Masters in Engineering Management which is through the Pratt School of Engineering and the MSSM is the Master of Science in Software Management through the Integrate Innovation Institute.
If I am correct on that, very few folks here are going to have much information into which program would be best. I am a current Duke Fuqua student and I have spoken to several MEM students who love the program. Dr. Jimmie Lenz is the Director for the MEM in FinTech and Cybersecurity. He is a great guy to talk to and I have enjoyed conversations with him.
Having said that, Carnegie Mellon is a highly technical university. I would assume the MSSM is going to be a great program that may be more technical than Dukes MEM.
Having very little knowledge myself of these specific programs, I would sway towards Duke solely on the basis that they have different elective tracks such as:
Customer Experience and Product Design
Data Analytics and Machine Learning
Operations and Supply Chain Management
Product Management
Tech Development and Commercialization
Entrepreneurship
Within each elective track, it seems you can take courses through the Fuqua School of Business, Duke’s School of Law, etc. This makes me believe that you are exposed to a much larger and diverse student body while fine tuning your education towards your specific career goals.
