I took the Practise test provided by GMAT official site and the score is 330. I did not prepare anything and this was the first experience of me giving any exam or test related to GMAT. V16 Q19 is the sectional score. I would like to know how can I reach 700 in 3 months or can I reach it in 3 months. If yes, can anyone help me with the plan like what needs to be done in the next 30-60-90 days?

Since you took your first practice test without any preparation at all, it's likely that 330 represents a skill level somewhat below your current actual skill level, since you weren't even familiar with the types of questions that appear on the GMAT when you took that test. So, it's possible that your actual skill level is closer to 400 level.
Even so, it's likely that you'll need more than three months to get to 700+.
Typically, people who start in the upper 500s or 600s take about three months or more to learn everything they need to learn and develop the skills they need to score 700+. People who start in the 300s or 400s typically take longer than three months to get to 700+. In fact, going from the 300s to the 700's typically takes people a year or more even if they prepare effectively the entire time.
You'll likely get a clearer sense of how long it will take once you start preparing.
The key to achieving your score goal will be preparing effectively, and what works best is to work on the GMAT one topic at a time, mastering each topic in turn and basically driving your score up point by point.

Many GMATers are unhappy with their initial practice scores, but you really shouldn't be. That 330 is just a measure of your skills right now - and you'll improve on that result over time as you learn more about the content, Tactics and little 'secrets' of the Exam. Many GMATers spend 3 months (or more) of consistent study time before they hit their 'peak' scores, although it is worth noting that a 720+ is well-above the 90th percentile (meaning that most people will never score that high on the Official GMAT). This is meant to say that you might need considerably more than 3 months of study to get to the point that you can consistently score at a high level (and there's no way to know exactly what that level will be right now).
Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on your timeline and your goals:
1) What study materials do you currently have access to?
2) On this first CAT/mock, did you run out of time on any of the sections (and not get to some of the questions)?
3) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
