Imo A states the fare is 1 1/2 of Flash Bus Line, while E states is only 2/3 of Flash Bus fare.

That reasoning is incorrect. We are looking at comparing Long Line "Airways" in A. We should be only comparing bus fares, not airplanes. Hence, why A is incorrect.
