Hello,
I am planning to apply in MBA programs in Canada.
Dream college - Rotman
Second options - Schulich, Mcgill, HEC Montreal
Profile Background,
Recently took Gmat and scored 640.
Graduated in Bcom from Delhi University with 1st division.
Work ex- Working in Amazon since September 2019. Joined as a support role, got promoted to AWS (Amazon Web Services) in April 2022 and now I deal with clients across the globe with issues pertaining to their AWS accounts. I do not have a managerial experience but I have displayed leadership qualities and outperformed in both of my roles, supported new hires multiple times. By the time I join college in 2023 September my total ex will be close to 4 years.
Extracurricular- Worked actively with underprivileged kids dealing with drug abuses throughout my college and assigned roles and jobs to my college mates as a centre head for "Leaders for Tomorrow" group.
Also I have gained little following on social media pertaining to men's fashion and clothing. I sell shirts which I design myself, my niche is LGBTQ+ as I am a member of the community myself.
Short term goals - In short, to work as operational manager in Amazon after MBA.
Long Term goal- To start a website and application for clothing for men in LGBTQ+ community as there is a lot of scope in that market in India since it untapped at the moment. Then to expand it globally.
Please suggest how to proceed.

What kind of help are you seeking? Overall, you have a good profile. The work experience and extracurricular achievements will serve you well.
Your GMAT score isn't great, but it's passable for these Canadian schools. If you're up for it, I would suggest a retake while you still have time. It's not a must, but it could be a case of low-hanging fruit.
Given where we are in the summer, your best bet is to start focusing on the essays, resume, and letters of recommendation. Those will serve you really well in putting together the best possible application.

So I will be getting my official score in few days and then I can send it to 5 colleges for free.
If I do retake the Gmat (in august) and send the scores again to the same colleges, how does that work out?
