Hi,
I am a working individual and have been studying concepts of GMAT on and off for the past year. I took my first GMAT on Dec 21 and scored 560 which was equivalent to my. I worked on my verbal concepts last month especially on SC and CR. I took the official mock again and score V 23. In that i lost most questions in RC. SC and CR were fairly decent as i got one CR question wrong and 2 SC questions.
I need a solid study plan as i have 2.5 months and am aiming at a GMAT score of 750. I know i can get that cause i am strong at Quant and I feel the only area lacking is RC.
Any help in suggesting a study plan as well materials to improve verbal score, particularly RC will be super helpful.

There's an Excel file idiom list on the GMAT Knight blog you may find helpful for Sentence Correction. Might be worth checking out the Share GMAT Experience sub-forum to get a sense how others have made improvements. Significant improvements are not unheard of. Had a 6-hour student who went from a V31 to a V40 retake.

Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
1) What were your Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores on your 1st Official GMAT (the 560, last December)? Have you taken the Official GMAT any other times (and if you did, then when - and how did you score?)?
2) Over the last 3 months, how many hours did you typically study each week?
3) What study materials have you used over the course of ALL of your studies? What “brands” of CATs/mocks have you used?
4) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
