My answer is (B). It took me 01:14.
(A) "Samsung’s profits" cannot be compared to "Nokia".
Also: "get" is too informal.
Also: "Which (= Nokia) gets less than 10 percent" should be made clearer that "10 percent" means "10 percent of profits".
(B) Meaning is clear and straightforward.
(C) "it" has no antecedent.
(D) The meaning is rather vague. 10% of whose profits come from hardware sales in Nokia?
(E) "it" has no antecedent.
