bb: that sounds about right. FWIW, I think it was part of an undergrad program. Although we're not sure that this is the cause of the problems, I wish I would've just paid full price and avoided this headache! :cry:

Sorry about issue.
I found this page: https://www.mba.com/ocp/get-started/undergrads with a bit more information and the links to order score reports are different.

If not, at least you can now refer to this program when you call GMAC. It seems you may still have to call but hopefully they will be able to zero in on your issue faster without having to route you to disconnected phone numbers. What a mess - sounds like something you would experience at Twitter :dazed
https://www.mba.com/ocp/get-started/ page has a bit more information about packages and how to order your score reports (it seems also the score reports are $50 vs. $35 so that is why they are having a hard time placing the orders).

Sending a formal customer support email request may be helpful. You'll hopefully be provided with a ticket number for your case. If you have any info about the actual exam (date, location, appointment #) you may want to include that in your initial email.

Oops sorry, was going to loop back here.

I had success! Customer service (through email) finally directed me to the 'Additional Score Report Request Form' which I could fill out and mail in or fax. You can just google for this form. They didn't tell me about this until several emails back and forth...

The URL mba/my-account/exams didn't end up working for me and I got the same error as before.

Also you were right, bb. Customer service mentioned that since the test was part of the undergraduate program (the $150 rate), that I would have to go through Pearson VUE and that was causing all of the trouble.

Anyways, thanks for all of the help everyone!

in case it helps anyone else in the future, after several weeks of doing this I also have successfully ordered score reports by going to this link (rather than having to mail in the Additional Score Report request form):
<MBA dot com>/service/testing/order-score-reports?Appt=<APPOINTMENT ID>

This link was not accessible through any buttons on my account, I had to go to it directly in my browser. It did correctly reflect the $50/report price for participants in the special undergraduate program
