I am unable to order score reports to send to schools. On the website, I get the error message: "This exam was completed as part of a special program. Please contact Customer Care to order score reports." When I've contacted customer care through email, they route me to their telephone service. When I call the telephone number, they keep routing me to different telephone numbers that are all defunct. Has anybody ever encountered this and what did you do?
I took my exam in October 2018 (4 years ago). I imagine the problem is because it's been so long.

I haven't heard of a person having such an issue before, and many people use GMAT scores four years after taking the GMAT. So, I think there may be something else going on.

Was this a test you took as a part of the undergrad initiative that GMAC has had?

I don’t understand why they would limit test scores, but a few years ago they had an option for undergrads to take the test at a discount in exchange for getting zero free test score reports (usually you get 5) but that should not have impacted your ability to send additional scores.

PS. Age of your score is well within reason and limits of the five-year term. Your score is valid and should be usable and reportable.
