Hi, I purchased the ESR for the online GMAT I took a couple of weeks ago. Before buying it I could see the score, but now the page is just stuck on loading and I cannot access my score, therefore I can't apply the ESR. This is very frustrating. Does anybody have any idea on how I can fix this? I am using a MacBook Air, I tried with Chrome, Safari and Firefox, and also with my iPhone and my university's Windows pc. I also tried three different internet connections but it still doesn't load, all works but the three dots animation under "exams" never stop moving...

If the problem persists, consider contacting customer support to see what they may be able to do.

Hi pv23,
While this might be a technology issue, it might also be a billing issue. Have you officially been charged yet for the purchase of your ESR (re: is the charge actually on your Credit/Debit card or was there an issue with payment - meaning that the bank refused/paused the charge?)? If the issuing bank has not agreed to the attempted purchase, then you might be seeing the result when you try to log into your account.
