I guess, for many people, it's really important to note the unofficial scores in case your scores go under review.

What a drag, but you approach of informing admissions of your score and sending a screenshot seems reasonable.

Urgently need results but no answer

See whether your school(s), for example, will temporarily accept the Unofficial score you mention.

Okay, FYI, I emailed everyone and here is my Feedback regarding results:

- [email protected] via mba website inquiry : answer in 1-2 days but with personalized answer. Will refer you to Examity or GMAC to make you go away.
- [email protected] : answer immedialty, in my case about 15minutes, with useless generic answer. You have to answer back and insist to get a personalised (also useless but better) answer.
- [email protected]: answered in a few hours, send a generic answer at first but you have to insist. They referred me to testsecurity to get more info.
- [email protected]: no answer

Be careful if you call any number (especially if you are foreign and pay incredible fees by the minute): they ask for all information before telling you they cannot help you out. They are very limited in what information they can provide and it feels like talking to a robot as everything they say is scripted. Called them twice for two different problems and I spent around 10 minutes each time before they told me that they couldn't help me out.

Contact Examity is just for problems/inquiries about the test itself. Nothing else.
Customer care from MBA is here for everything regarding practice/real tests and scores but will keep answers close to info on websites.

Idk if that helps anyone.

Also, even with my test being flagged for review (got 700, had to move the camera 3 times), I received my results 7 days (real days not business days) after my exam. If that can reassure anyone in the situation I was.
