Congrats Shikhar22 on your great score!

I appreciate the mention, though instead would love to hear any tips you want to share or mention? Anything about the journey? It could have been easy 🥴

Anything you have done differently?

That is an amazing Verbal score, Shikhar22—I know tutors with lower Verbal scores—and I am honored that you feel as though my posts may have helped you in your journey. Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge several key players in your preparation process. It would be easy to mention one, maybe two (one for Verbal, one for Quant), or maybe even three (me, myself, and I, as it were). Should you decide to take the exam again, you have a lot to gain on the Quant side. Verbal is just about done and dusted. (It is rare to see someone who can score so high on the section not be able to do so again, plus or minus a question or two.) Perhaps once the dust has settled and your mind is calm after a meditation session, you can make a clear decision. I wish you the best, whatever you decide.

You’re right. Even a mere increase of one point in Quant will give me a 760, considering verbal score remains intact. I know it’s surely possible. I have scored 48, 49 in quant on official mocks before. I’m seriously compelled to give it a go again. I feel some unfinished business. Thank you for your words.

Important tip for anyone who needs it: Read a lot. Build mental and physical stamina. And, ofcourse, know your stuff. But, extensive reading is the base on which the whole exam sits. Read and imagine words clearly. Practise the art of imagining the text clearly.
Congratulations on the score, and thank you for including this advice in the debrief. It could really help some readers. Many test takers don't really believe that reading is any use for the GMAT.
