I'm going with option A, because the assumption from argument seems that the occasional skipping of usual dose for a day or two will give the body a chance to recover.

My ans is B.
Conclusion states that anyone taking herbal meds should skip one or two doses occasionally to avoid side effects. Premise says side effects are seen in long term use.
Therefore, doses only need to be skipped if there is a long term use - which is what B states.
