I think there is a typo here: "(Tip: 1 dollar 5 100 cents)". In place of "5," it should be "=".
Given: p pencils = $2q.
$1 = \(\frac{p}{2q}\) pencils.
100 cents = \(\frac{p}{2q}\) pencils.
1 cent = \(\frac{p}{200q}\) pencils.
c cents = c * \(\frac{p}{200q}\) = \(\frac{pc}{200q}\) pencils.
Answer: B.
