\((40 - 30) \times \frac{15}{60} = 2.5\) miles which Bike has to cover at a speed of \(30\) miles per hour. Time to cover \(\frac{{2.5}}{30} \times 60 = 5\) minute. Total Time to cover the 10 miles for the bike when they first met is \(15+5=20 \) min.
