Total = Sport + Movies - Both + Neither
Total = 35 + 23 - 12 + Neither
Total = 46 + Neither
Total = 35 + 23 - 12 + Neither
Total = 46 + Neither
Since half of the members are male and half are female, the number of males must be at least 23 (that is when Neither is 0). Thus, m ≥ 23. However, the number of males cannot exceed 23 because all males like watching movies, meaning m ≤ 23. Therefore, since m is both ≥ 23 and ≤ 23, the number of males is exactly 23. This makes the total 46 (twice 23, since there are equal numbers of males and females), so the number of members who like neither sports nor movies is 0 (from 46 = 46 + Neither).
Answer: A.
