Solution

Let $ d = Initial value
    $351= Final Value

So. we can apply this formula

Final Value = Initial Value(1+%increase/100))
351           = d(1+0.3)
351/1.3      = d
2d              = 2(351/1.3) =540

Hence, the answer is option A
