There's not much to go by, but the GRE score does stand out for being quite low.
If this was your first attempt, it would be worthwhile to figure out what went wrong and what can be improved.
Since you've mentioned B.Com, I assume you're an Indian applicant. You probably know how cut-throat the competition tends to be for Indian applicants aiming for reputed international programs.
Without a higher score, you will be forced to select from low ranking programs, where the RoI gets more uncertain.
