Hi Everyone
I have a question regarding the difficulty of the official mocks.
I recently took the GMAT Focus Edition Practice tests - 2,3, and 4. I took the practice test 1 almost 2 months ago and I am hence not including that here.
Here are my scores on each test:
1. GMAT FE Official Practice test 2 - 685 (Q90, V85, DI77)
2. GMAT FE Official Practice test 3 - 605 (Q80, V81, DI79) - My time management in quant was off and hence, the low score.
3. GMAT FE Official Practice test 4 - 655 (Q81, V84, DI82) - My time management in quant was much better here, but I got quite a few questions wrong (had to guess a couple of questions as I had spent too long on them).
As my scores are all over the place I just want to understand if there is any variation in the difficulty level among these tests. I am not sure how I can go from a Q90 to a Q81 in a span of 5 days.
If anyone could provide an insight into my scores or share their experience while taking these official practice tests, it will be very helpful.

The mocks are adaptive, the same as the official test. Unlikely that the difficulty in itself is different, rather your performance could have triggered a more difficult set or a low score.

The difficulty level of questions incorrectly answered may account for the variation.
