The circle graph and the bar graph were created by two different people. They represent the same inventory of 28,000 items. However, the people creating the graphs classified some of the items differently (placing some of the items into different categories).

I feel this question is tricky with figuring out what it asks rather than figuring out how to answer it. Once you understand the language, it is smooth sailing but it took me a few takes to actually figure out which side it was approaching from.

Part1: It can be inferred from the information provided that the category of ________ in the bar graph includes items that are not classified the same in the circle graph.
That means this category has more items in bar graph than in the Circle graph.
roughly 10% = 2800 items
so we will notice that bar graph has 7000 Guides ( which should be roughly 25% same as Others )
But the circle graph shows Guides to be around 20%.
Hence Guides are over counted category in the bar graph.
