Question regarding GMAT exam reschedule.

Question

Due to a minor ACL injury, I might have to reschedule the exam.

Now, I have all the important documents, but the next best available date has only 1 slot left.

What should I do? Should I wait for their approval before I request a Free reschedule? Or should I reschedule now and raise a refund request later?

I think if you don’t wait, I am not sure they will provide a reschedule.... But they also don’t operate very fast. if you have a tight timeline, I think you’ll have to try to contact them, if you don’t get an answer right away, I guess you’ll have to reschedule on your own and then see if you can get the refund of the change fee....
