Additional logic I used for "weakening argument":
Even if the sequel of Animal Pleasures performs poorly, we still don't know about the other movie Blowtorch. That could still dampen Prime Meridian's earnings. Option E only weakens only 50% of one of the reasons PM could fail. However, Option D weakens 100% of one of the reasons PM could fail
