Hi, just checked and found out my surname and middle name is interchanged and my date of birth is wrong. i did drop an email...but just concerned as to what to do next?

You need to call them and submit a ticket first thing Monday morning.

He will not be allowed to take the test if your name does not match and if your birthday is wrong.

Is this a test centre appointment? If it is, you should reach out to Pearson support on 0008000503682 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM-6 PM). As bb mentioned, you should do this as soon as possible. Send them an email as well, just in case.

Thank you so much for the help... just now spoke to the executive and also dropped an email with an ID for them to verify... will it take more than 24 hours ??

You're welcome. Going by what I've seen in the past, they should action this well before your test. However, I suggest that you call them up on the 21st if you don't receive a confirmation by then (you won't be able to reach them over the weekend, 23rd-24th). All the best for your GMAT.

Connected with them again yesterday and finally managed to sort the issue. It was too much of a hassle to connect to a representative... still got it sorted and I’m ready to write my exam on the 26th
