I feel the correct answer is E.
We are interested in the evidence provided that non-till farming is sufficient to have better soil quality.
E says the evidence(through the study) is flawed because it favors non-tilled soil so it weakens the evidence.
C talks about managing crop residue which is out of scope. We dont care about crop residue while talking about soil quality(atleast as per the scope of the passage)
