Does anyone else feel that the friendly and casual nature of isb interviews make it really hard to gauge how well one has done

Yup, and yes, as in 21-22nd Feb. Now, it is a different question altogether if ISB will stick to this supposed information and actually rollout results over this weekend. Personally, I hope they do because I have another admit and really need to take a call.

Hopefully not incorrect.
Planning a move to Hyderabad, resigning, planning finances etc. takes time. My very first application and interview was ISB, and the last application I made was Nanyang MBA. Hence, it is ironic that Nanyang was the first to respond and give me an admit. Ideally, ISB should keep rolling admits for R2 to make things easier.

Multiple reasons and personal preferences. Additionally, being a female, I don't find northern states entirely safe either. I have family in Hyderabad and my dad travels to that city for work frequently. Hence, I prefer Hyderabad. Also, easier to travel to Mumbai from Hyderabad.
