Since the question asks did the comapny REDUCE one category AND INCREASE another category, i used that to answer the questions. Both statements, regardless of them being uselss information wise, anyways only talk about how customers are talking about 'too many' articles. So even if they both resulted in REDUCing articles, we still have no info about articles being INCREASED and so the statements are both insufficient.

I asked Claude to help me understand this question and found it pretty useful:

Read literally "the company only changes a category is a majority of all subscribers say they want more/fewer articles in that entire category."

Statement 1) is saying "most subscribers in country C" - we have no idea how many subscribers are in country C, it could be 1% of all subscribers or it could be 99%.

Statement 2) most subscribers think there are too many articles on "entertainment & science" but those are topics within the general interest and not the category itself. This does not mean they want fewer general interest articles overall.
