from above table
2n+7m=(1/2)x & 3n+5m=(1/2)x

Let “y” be average age of employees above 40.

2n+7m=3n+5m
n=2m

40=(37*12m+y*5n)/(12m+5n)

Put n=2m
You will get y=43.6
