Rates are a weak topic area for me. I couldn't solve definitively
My guess would be C since together both machines produce 1.5w in 2 hours... so to get to "2W", multiply both values by 1.33 to get 2W in 2 hours and 40 minutes.
Wrinkle: Both machines are contributing so it would take slightly longer than this.
