Good luck, I am kind of in the same boat..

My test is Monday, and it's my second time as well.

Last time I took it was July 30th, and got a 550 (35Q/31V)

The last GMATPrep I took last weekend I got...550 (32Q/34V)

:(

Whatever the outcome though, this will be the last time I'll be taking it.

good luck!

I hear ya.. I have studied pretty freaking hard .. and I know when I do the OG11 Q's I am getting them right most all the time.. but I did a MGMAT Cat and got a Q27 .... before my 510 score I got a Q26 on the GMAT Cat. wtf?

Makes me nervous but I will keep trudging on

So Monday I am taking the test, again. Last go I got a 530 (Q29 V34). Dismal.

But I have drilled on math hard for hours daily.. and feel way more confident. I have bust through all the MGMAT books (sans CR and RC, I am good at those). Also have had my nose in my OG11 book daily.

I feel way better about it but still have a tinge of nerves on the Quant stuff. I have kept and error log and notice radicals and inequalities are iffy. But i am going to relook at the MGMAT books on those. Any suggestions?

I am hoping with my unusual work experience, being a woman will help weigh out any score I get. Looking at top schools, I just do crappy on Standardized tests.

I would be delighted with a 700+ but I wonder how low I can go before I should retake for #3. (ugh paying for that stupid test again pisses me off just to even think about)

Wish me luck, send out good vibes for me on Monday

My first try of GMAT resulted in 510 (Q38/V23), this was late May of this year. I am yet to schedule my next attempt, but my job is so demanding...I am quiting my job in the middle of December to attack GMAT.
Mindy, I wish you good luck on Monday and 700+ score. Remember this is just a test and nothing more, and really it is poor indicator of our true capabilities. Good luck.
