Is it generally preferred if one shows interest in coming back to home country after studies or the other way around?

I mean do uni's give any preference or like the fact tht the individual wants to go back to his country after studies.. or would this be looked as a negative factor?

I don't think it's important whether you want to stay or return to your home country after graduation. It's more important that you have a clear vision of what you want to do with your MBA degree (career goals).

I would agree with Janet. Also, they know your visa restrictions are to state that you intend to return to your home country, and they are fully aware of visa complications that occur. So, it is more the objective than the location.

It should depend on your goals and what you want to do. What ever makes a more compelling story.
