Hi folks,
Thought I'd post a quick message to say "Thanks!" I took the GMAT on 1/4 and ended up with a 760. Very exciting!! I was not expecting something that high...

Veritas 1: 650
Veritas 2: 670
Veritas 3: 670
Veritas 4: 680
Veritas 5: 690
MGMAT 1: 640
MGMAT 2: 650
MGMAT 3: 660
MGMAT 4: 700
MGMAT 5: 680
MGMAT 6: 680
ARCO: 700
ARCO 2: 720
Have a social sciences background, and have been out of school for about 2 years. I had the most difficulty with the verbal section - the MGMAT guides were great for that, fabulous explanations of SC/CR.
My study materials:
1. Manhattan GMAT practice tests
2. MGMAT Q challenge problems
3. Veritas OnDemand online course; 5 tests
4. OG, OG Q, OG V
5. Arco practice tests (came with Veritas)
6. 800score practice tests (came with Veritas)
I learn best through lots of repetition/practice so I spent a lot of time doing practice tests/problems over the course of a few months.

GMATPrep are usually considered to be +/- 30 points, you had a 50 point jump...nice job!
Did you actually follow MGMATs RC and CR techniques of taking notes? IMO they take up too much time, but i guess if you're a fast writer then you should be OK.
