I've heard GRE Q is much easier than GMAt Q. Your score seems to validate that rumor. But an excellent score dude!

I've taken both as well: 780 GRE Quant and 48 GMAT Quant. My opinion is that the difficulty of the problem solving portion of both tests is very similar. The difference is the data sufficiency, which makes the GMAT slightly trickier.
