I am an international female student, I intend to work outside of the US once I am done with my MBA
I am leaning towards Fordham coz of the location and the possibility of a job opportunity in NYC while studying, however, GWU is better ranked, what is your advice? how big is the gap between Fordham and GWU? how good is Fordham's reputation?

Hello there,
In my opinion I would prefer GWUBS considering their rank. And I think you should follow your priority. If you highly emphasize on getting into a good school then you should choose a better school. The job opportunity will keep on coming but you only have one chance to join a good school. Besides, if later you feel the school is not your first choice you might end up resent your decision and feel demotivated of going to school.

Furthermore, if you're a bit concern about career/ job GWU offer support for managing their students' careers.

p.s.: i'm also a female international student doing MBA in one of Australian unis. All the news about GWUB is taken from our website. thank you so much for your help, the reason i am interested in Fordham's program is that it is also well ranked (not as good as GWU though) plus the company i am working for right now has a branch in NYC (so close to fordham's campus) and so i'll tranfer to that branch and keep my job while studying and secure a job when graduated, this will also help me reduce the debt as i am applying for a loan, moreover GWU is more expensive than Fordham
is it worth it to skip all that and just go for the better ranked school?
plus can u tell more about Fordham's reputation worldwide?

I think that now you have an office job thus keeping the job would be a good thing. So, I would suggest you to evaluate your priorities. And once you make a decision, that would be the best for time being. Just bear in mind , decision you would made today might not be perfectly fit for your future plan. It's normal. Things are constantly changing so you also have to prepare for change. However, whatever you decide would be the best for now.
