I'm in technology but want to change career after MBA. Not really sure right now which field. Maybe finance, investment banking, or simply management. Looking for something less stressful and minimal travel. The thing with Kelley distance MBA is that employers won't know its distance bcuz there is nothing about distance/online on the degree or transcripts. It's just like the full time one. In FT rankings, Rotman does rank higher than Kelley but if I'm working in US, I don't know how many banks/firms/companies would even know of Uni of Toronto (Rotman).

How long would the Rotman MBA take? The Kelley distance MBA can be done in 24 months.

If you are looking to end up in the US the Kelley MBA is probably more well-known than the Rotman, although Rotman is an excellent school.
