So I just took the GMAT for the 2nd time and got a 710 Q49, V37. The 1st time I took it I received Q47 V36 and a 680.
My question is this--on practice tests, I was consistently getting Q49 V40--which equates to a 730. I am pondering retaking the test to merely improve my Verbal score.
Does anyone out here think it is worth it to retake the test?
With the hopes of getting a 730.

congrats on the 710!!!
Personally speaking, I don't see a reason for the retake. I don't believe there's much of a difference between 710 and 730. There's a post on this, should've already been stickied. I believe you won't find too much value in the re-take, let alone the time and the pressure you need to put into the preparation. I'd recommend you focus on the application now.

No downsides really except $250. Don't think the 710 to 730 is a big bump. Some end up getting less on their retakes, so that's the only other downside - wasted time.
