Hi,
I planning for the intake of September 2011.
I am currently working in an Automobile Designing Company.I have 4 years of work experience.I have recently changed my job around 1.5 months back.
I wanted to know that while filling the applications for any university do i need to get the LOR from my current employer/supervisor also or will the LOR from the supervisor of my earlier organisation suffice?

You want the supervisor who can most speak to your abilities. Former (1.5 months ago) or current is fine.

Thanks a lot for your information.I knew that it would be a right forum for my queries.
I hope this means that the universities do not have any kind of preference regarding the recommendations from the previous or the current employer.As far as the LOR matches with what I have mentioned in my application i.e. essays and all,it should be fine.
Please let me know about the same too.
