I will be taking my GMAT exam at a location outside of the US. Will this create any complications for me, being a North American? I know everything is in English as far as instructions go, but I just don't want to be surprised by anything come testday. Any input would help.

If you're not a citizen of the country in question you NEED to bring your passport with you. If you don't you are completely screwed. So don't forget that.


Other than that, no problems.

Agreed with the above. I'd say take your driver's license AND your passport with you and make sure your name on the GMAT registration is the SAME as the name on your passport and you should be ok :)

Response from GMAC - Please bring your passport as a US drivers license will not be valid. Other than that, there should be no problems.

Glad I checked just to be sure.
