I have been preparing for GMAT - SC for the last month , I started with fundamentals and studied the fundas. I didnt do any probs from OG or any other source during this time of study.
I started my practice before one week with Kaplan premier and OG, I am getting an accuracy of 70% average, I am preparing my error log on regular basis.
Now, i am unable to decide whether
1) I should stop practising and again review the concepts ? OR
2) Continue with the practice of OG and Kaplan
3) How do we rate an accuracy of 70% from Kaplan and OG ?
Pls help

Reviewing takes a lot of time and might not give you the incremental edge. I suggest you go through some question banks, such as SC 1000, selectively refer to the discussions in this forum (most of the questions will have detailed explanations), and try to understand where you are going wrong. I personally like the way SC 1000 structures the questions (as they group similar questions together) and that might be useful in identifying your weak areas. It worked for me and might as well do for you. Btw, you can find SC 1000 in this forum if you search a little.
An accuracy of 70% is not that good considering that (arguably) one can score better in SC than in RC and CR. Another important aspect is timing - you have to target less than a minute per SC question. Hope it helps!

I have 75% in SC and I will be happy if I score at similar rate.75% overall means 31/41 in Verbal and if the wrong answers are intersperse, then scoring 36-38 won't be difficult. The low verbal score can be compensated by high quant score.
