I would also like to know that how people time their full length test. It will be helpful if people posting answers state what they did, when they faced the same problem while preparing for the exam.

I too am not able to complete the test on time..
How to gain time during the test, when you do not want to loose on any question.
Should We skip a question by randomly guessing for an option because educated guess also requires reading the question atleast.

Managing your time means finishing the test.

Your goal is to keep your average time per problem within a small range. This provide you an allocation to finish the test.

Some questions you should breeze through. Some will take more than the average time. This is why we say "average". It's the time to do ALL the problems.

Guessing on a problem you're stumped on is a needed strategy. The goal there is to eliminate as many incorrect answers as possible to improve you guessing chances.

Hey I started my preparation today, took the PREP test and scored 520 ( q 47 , v 21) :( . I have 5-6 months in my hand before i take the actual gmat.

Need your comments on the score.
