Does anyone know the accuracy of the GMAT Score Calculator estimates? I noticed some of the tests used as data (I think its the same data as what I have seen on other postings) come from older Kaplan CAT Scores... Some of practice test scores coming from the Kaplan CD, when now it is done online. Are the Kaplan tests more of an accurate predictor now that they are done online as compared to when they were via a CD? Should I expect a 50-100 pt jump from my 700 avg Kaplan scores?

Thanks guys,

J
EDIT: Looks like the forums ate my previous response. Sorry 'bout that! I've been out of town, but I'll re-post my response tomorrow!

I can't comment on the accuracy of the score calculator here, but I can say that Kaplan is constantly working to improve the accuracy of our tests. We do know that our test results do correspond strongly with the results of our students actual results, and that we're getting even better; we also know that some of our past versions of our practice tests had results that weren't accurate.

Please let me know if you have any other questions about our tests!
