I am taking the GMAT on Feb. 26th, leaving me with about 7-8 weeks. I took a initial test three months ago, scoring an abysmal 360 (Q:16, V:26) and took another test last week, scoring a 530 (Q:25, V:40). Obviously my weakness is in math. I am going through the OG and am getting every other question on the medium level math wrong. What can SHOULD I do in the last 7 weeks to get my quant up. My GMAT goal is 600+. I am studying about 2 hours a day. Any advice, any insight on how to make that happen during the last few weeks would be wonderful.

I think you need to work on your Quantitative Fundamentals. Some of the books proved to be good for polishing the fundamentals are shown in this thread

With only a couple weeks left, its really important to use any error log you may have kept wisely, focusing most of your time on those areas that hurt you the most. If there you have to prioritize according to a general standard, I'd suggest focusing on sentence correction first, Data Sufficiency next, then Problem Solving, then Critical Reasoning and Reading Comprehension. This sequence is based on the likelihood of actual improvement within a short period of time.
For improving sentence correction, look at your most common errors and break them down into some of th most common types the GMAT uses: pronoun errors, misplaced modifiers, parallel construction errors, tense errors, subject-verb agreement errors, comparison errors, quantity errors, idiom errors, etc. Focus on those error types that are your weakest. Learn to quickly scan the sentence looking for these types of mistakes and also learn to scan the answer choices to see what error they are trying to make you think it is.
