no, my pratice tests weren't in 100% test taking atmosphere.. I didnt use a calculator & i used penicl & paper... i timed myself sometimes but not all the time with the 75 min limit.

Well there you go. I could probably do a 50+ quant if I went untimed, or even if I gave myself 90 minutes. 75 minutes is a completely different story.
