Hi,
Am planning to appear this July. Have started Quant and have finished with MGMAT - Foundations of GMAT Math & Kaplan math work book. But DS questions are beyond my comprehension. Can some person please help in any resources for DS . In verbal have finished with CR

The most important step is to simply gain a firm understanding of the concepts. For that, any solid guidebook should do. For specific DS preparation and discussion, though, I'm not too sure. Manhattan's coverage of DS questions, for example, is lacking.
If you need DS practice, then the GMATClub tests do a very good job at laying DS traps and offering challenging problems. These will test your skills to the max! Eventually, you will learn to spot these little tricks and improve your math comprehension. You can also look into Jeff Sackmann's math sets. He has two sets (100 questions each) dedicated solely to DS problems.

Remember, DS is about solving what the question is asking. Part of this is simplifying and breaking the problem down.
Are you keeping an error log? This is key to overcoming certain obstacles.
There isn't really a resource for DS. You must brush up on your general quant skills and word problem skills. See the link in my sig for a strategy that works up to 600 or 650 leveled problems.
