When does GMAC send score to 5 B-schools?

Hi,
The GMAC will send my GMAT score to 5 b-schools of my choice. When will I get the option of choosing the school and sending the score? Before the test or after I get the results?
If the score is sent in May 2011, do I have to apply for 2012 - 13 session or will the score be valid for next 5 years?

One of the first things before the test begins is picking the 5 schools.

Yes, it is valid for the next 5 years, but I think you may have to resubmit it in the year you are applying. (With that said, the scores are transmitted electronically, so perhaps not - check with Adcom)

I took the GMAT such a long time ago I forgot about this part. Can you send the score after you see it? Or do you have to choose before even starting?

If you want to send the scores for free you have to select the schools before the test. If you want to send the scores later on you can do so for $27 per school.
