Hi All,
I have started with RC now and following the kaplan 4 step strategy...hope it works for me
currently getting an avg of 75 % in 10 passages of Kaplan verbal workbook.
I havent started with OG and will do it in a day or 2 and then aristotle 99 RC. Do you guys think Kaplan RCs are tougher? I also have the Kaplan 800 GMAT. Will it have passaes tougher than verbal workbook/premier?
Kaplan workbook have RC of 50-60 lines followed by 6-7 questions? What do u guys suggest in terms of timing.
Im currently taking 12 -13 mints for 6-7 questions( reading + answering).

PS: I got the advanced the MGMAT Quants and spent some 1 hour on it yesterday . Definitely recommendable. Worth the 75 dollars I paid for it.( I stay in Muscat, priority shipping by Amazon is 60 dollars:( )

The GMAT typically has 3-4 questions per passage. If you're spending 12-13 mins for 6-7 questions and getting most of them correct then it is a decent start. Your accuracy and speed should increase with further practice.
But if you are spending that much time and getting most of them incorrect, then I feel you need to work a little more on timing. I takes me max 7-8 mins for answering 6-7 questions with your accuracy, of 75%.
P.S. RC is damn boring. I get a headache after working on 5 passages!
