Which book in your opinion has the most effective RC strategy? I understand that there is overlap between strategies but which one did you follow successfully and recommend? Please post reply explaining your choice. If you select other, please mention what you followed.

Honestly there is no strategy book that would help you master RC. You will have to try different strategies and see what works for you.

For understanding the mechanics of GMAT Passages - check out some videos from Thursdays with Ron and GMATPill RC frameworks. That should be sufficient. Rest depends on practice and more than that a lot of patience and concentration.

P.S. GMAT passages are very beautifully structured, so if you don't want to hurt your prep, then stay away from all non-standard material and practise passages only from OG's and then LSAT papers, which have similar structure to GMAT.

Thanks. Which LSAT papers? Superprep?

By "LSAT papers," akhileshgupta05 probably means questions from past LSAT tests. These tests can be purchased alone or as a compilation (SuperPrep).
